50 g sweet potatoes
1-2 leaves of nori algae
a handful of alfalfa sprouts
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of ginger powder
pinch of quality salt
Dice the sweet potatoes and cook them until soft over salty steam. Season them with cinnamon and ginger once they’re cooked.
Roughly mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and lemon juice. Cut nori algae into smaller pieces and cover them with mashed avocado, sprouts, and a cube or two of sweet potato.
