CRACKERS

Preparation time: 40+ min

Difficulty: easy

For 41x31 cm baking tray

Ingredients:

  • 200 g mixed seeds (sunflower, hemp, sesame, pumpkin...)

  • 45 g flour (corn, rye, spelt, wheat...)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 50 ml oil (hemp, rapeseed, olive)

  • 200 ml boiling water



Mix the seeds, salt and flour in a bowl. Add oil and boiling water to the mixture and mix well. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 150°C and cover the tray with baking paper. Spread the batter thinly over the tray with a wooden spoon.

Bake for one hour. Place the baked cracker on a grid to cool and then break it into smaller pieces.
