Preparation time: 40+ min
230 ml lukewarm water
5 g dry yeast (or 10 g fresh yeast)
300 g flour
pinch of salt
Mix flour, yeast and water in a bowl. Knead for 5 minutes, add a pinch of salt and knead well again so that the salt is evenly distributed.
Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Then divide it into 6 parts, which you form into a ball. Cover the balls with a cloth and let them rest for 5 - 10 minutes.
After that, flatten each ball (0.5 cm thick) into a circle and bake in a pan.
Bake the flatbread on each side for 1 - 2 minutes and turn it around when air bubbles appear.
Use your imagination and tailor the recipe to your taste. Enjoy creativity and Bon Appetit.
