Ingredients:
100 g cashew nuts
200 g silky tofu
50 ml soy cream (or other plant-based creams)
1 tbs mustard
½ tsp salt
juice of one lemon or lime
You can also add:
black pepper
herbs de Provence
garlic
more salt or soy sauce
more lemon juice or vinegar
other herbs
Soak the cashew nuts in water for 4 hours. Then rinse them with fresh water and add them to a blender. Add soy cream, mustard, salt, and lemon. Mix well to get a creamy texture. Add water gradually to form a nice cream. Add silky tofu and mix well again. If you wish, you can add the extra ingredients.
