  • 3 sheets of pastry dough

  • 3 Treviso radicchio heads

  • 2 fennel bulbs

  • 1 pack silky tofu

  • 1 pack smoked tofu

  • handful of cashew nuts

  • 150 - 200 ml soy milk

  • 3 tbs nutritional yeast

  • salt and pepper

Soak nuts overnight. Drain and rinse before use. Slice the fennel and radicchio and water fry them. When they are fried, add them to a bigger bowl. Blend the rest of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add tofu cream to a bowl with vegetables and stir well. Taste and season, if needed. Cover the pie pan with the pastry dough and cut the edges. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Pour the batter onto the dough and bake until golden brown. Approx. 45 minutes. Serve the pie with fresh salad and yogurt dressing.
