For 5 glasses


  • 150 g raw almonds

  • 200 ml coconut cream

  • 400 ml coconut milk

  • sweetener to taste

  • 1/2 tsp bourbon vanilla

  • 2 tsp quality matcha

  • 70 g chia seeds*

Soak raw almonds for at least four hours. Drain them and add them to a blender with the rest of the ingredients, except chia seeds. Blend until smooth and pour into a bigger bowl. While whisking, add chia seeds. Then stir the pudding every 15 minutes for one hour.

For serving


  • raspberries

  • coconut flour

  • cacao beans

Put raspberries on the bottom of a glass, then cover with matcha chia pudding and sprinkle coconut flour with cacao beans on top.

*The weight of chia seeds depends on the sort of the seeds. If the pudding is too rare after half an hour, add more chia seeds.
