1 tsp curry spice

bunch of fresh basil
Thinly slice the leek. Dice zucchini and water fry them together with leek, add curry until you get a nice fragrance. Add salt and pepper, and water, so that zucchini are still peeking out of the water. You must not forget that zucchini contains a lot of water. Cover with lid and cook until zucchini is soft. Add to a blender with fresh basil and blend. Add more water until you reach the desired consistency. Season and serve with roasted sesame and fresh basil.
