TOMATO SALAD WITH FENNEL

Time of preparation: 20 min

Difficulty: easy


Serves 3


Ingredients:

  • 500 g plum tomatoes

  • 2 fennel bulbs

  • small bunch of fennel leaves

  • salt and pepper

  • 1-2 tbs balsamic vinegar



Halve the plum tomatoes and cut the fennels into thin slices. Chop the fennel leaves. Put all the ingredients in a bigger bowl, season and mix well.


Use your imagination and tailor the recipe to your taste. Enjoy creativity and Bon Appétit.
