Preparation time: 20-40 min
2 medium kohlrabi
3 big handfuls of Swiss chard
bunch of asparagus
salt and pepper
Thinly slice the leek, peel the kohlrabi and dice it into small cubes. Remove the hard part of the chard and cut it randomly. Thinly cut the asparagus and save them till the end. Water fry the leek, add kohlrabi until you get a nice fragrance, season, and add the chard. When the chard wilts, add enough water or vegetable stock to cover all the ingredients. Cook for a few more minutes, until the kohlrabi is still slightly hard and the chard is still freshly green. Just before serving, season to taste and mix in asparagus.
If you use fresh lovage, add it at the beginning, and if you use dry lovage, add it in the end.
