150 g almonds
50 g cashew nuts
50 g goji berries
1 l water
2 pinches of vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbs cacao powder
4 tbs maca powder
4 tbs lucuma powder (or some other sweetener like date paste or coconut sugar)
Soak almonds and cashews in a lot of water for 4 hours.
Soak goji berries for 4 hours in so much water, that it just covers all the berries.
Rinse almonds and cashews well with running water and add to a food processor with a liter of water, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until you get a runny and smooth consistency, and sieve through a nut milk bag until you get a dry batter. Use the sieved milk in other dishes (drinks, puddings, desserts, etc.). Drain the goji berries. You may drink the goji berry juice or use it as a sweetener for lemonade or herbal drink.
Mix the nut batter with goji berries, cacao, maca and lucuma powder. Roll between your palms to form the balls the size of your choice. Roll the balls in coconut flakes or crushed cocoa seeds.
