SALAD TO REBOOT YOUR BRAIN

Ingredients: 1 carrot 1 small beet 1/2 avocado 3 walnut kernels 1/4 lemon juice sprig of parsley



Grate carrot and beet (food processor with a grating blade is very convenient here), cut avocado and place everything, together with walnut kernels and parsley, on a plate. In the end, drizzle with lemon juice and if you wish, add salt and pepper.

This salad is prepared really quickly, perfect for days when we don't have much time, but our brains will quickly get the energy they need the most.
