Ingredients:
1 shallot
250 g peas
small bunch of fresh mint
salt and pepper
Finely chop the shallot, water-fry it, add peas and pour a little water over it. Make sure you don't overcook the peas and that they still have a lovely green color. Blend the peas and add water while blending if needed, season then stir in some chopped mint before serving.Â
