Ingredients:
½ banana
50 g oats
10 g coconut flakes
1 tbs dried cranberries
1 tbs ground flax seeds
200 ml coconut water
100 ml oat milk

mango coconut yogurt
chopped strawberries and grapes (or fruit of your choice)
coconut chips
I recommend using a glass container with a lid to prepare this oatmeal. Add all the dry ingredients to the container and pour the coconut water and oat milk over them.
Then add mashed banana, mix, cover with a lid and let it rest overnight in a refrigerator.
In the morning, just serve the oatmeal with coconut yogurt, fruit, and coconut chips.
