Time of preparation: few minutes
For one mug
200 ml oat milk
½ to 1 tsp matcha powder (to taste)
Optional: sweetener of your choice (agave syrup, coconut blossom syrup)
Add matcha to a cup with a little bit of water and whisk with matcha bamboo whisk.
You can warm up the milk or leave it cold, you can even add some ice.
Add water or milk to taste.
If you don't have the proper whisk, add matcha and milk into a blender, blend for a few seconds and serve. Blender is very useful, because it makes sure that matcha completely dissolves.
Matcha is the best source of antioxidants and is an ideal replacement for coffee. It gives you the right amount of energy and it doesn't raise the levels of cortisol (stress hormone). Always use your imagination and add vanilla ice-cream, (whipped) coconut cream, etc.
