LIGHT SUMMER VEGGIE SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 kohlrabi

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 4 fresh radishes

  • 2 fresh cucumbers

  • 1 cubanelle sweet pepper

  • few sprigs of fresh lovage

  • 1 or 2 pinches of marjoram

  • white balsamic vinegar

  • salt and pepper



Neatly cut kohlrabi, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and pepper. Slice radishes with a mandoline slicer. Chop the lovage. Add all ingredients to a bigger bowl, season, toss well, and serve.


You can enrich the salad with homemade tahini dressing.
