small white cabbage
1 large handful of green beans
1 - 2 tbs mustard seeds
salt and pepper
Thinly slice the white cabbage with a mandoline slicer, add it to a large bowl and squeeze it with your hands a few times to soften the fibers. Blanch the green beans, let them cool and then cut them to any length and add them to the cabbage. Add mustard seeds, salt, and pepper, and mix well one more time.
