250 g black lentil pasta
100 g fresh shiitake mushrooms
100 g oyster mushrooms
150 g Swiss chard
150 ml plant-based cream
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp thyme
1 tbs tamari soy sauce
Clean and blanch the Swiss chard in salted boiling water for 2 minutes.
Chop the garlic, quickly fry it in a pan and add large slices of mushrooms. Add soy sauce while frying. When the mushrooms are slightly done, add drained and chopped Swiss chard, cream, and thyme. Cook for a few minutes and add more salt if needed.
While making the sauce, cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
We served the pasta with a green salad and fresh cilantro.
