GREEN BEAN AND SMOKED TOFU SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 200 g green beans

  • few handfuls of baby spinach

  • 200 g smoked tofu

  • spring onion - the green part

  • 2 tbs hemp seeds

  • tamari


Quickly blanch green beans and spinach, drain, let it cool, and then cut. Pan roast diced tofu on all sides and deglaze it with tamari. Add all ingredients to a bigger bowl, add chopped spring onion (the green part), and hemp seeds. Toss gently and serve with your favorite salad dressing.
