For 1 liter of milk


  • 1 l oat milk

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of black pepper

  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric

Add oat milk to a saucepan and add all the spices and bring to a boil. When the milk starts to boil, simmer it on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve golden latte hot, cold or as ice »golden latte«. Pour the rest of the milk into a bottle and keep it in the fridge for the next three days.
