● 2 juicy lemons*
● small bunch of fresh mint
● spring water
Juice the fresh ginger and pour it into a jug. Add lemon juice, fresh mint, ice, and water. Stir well and let it rest for about an hour until the flavors combine.
*You can replace the lemon with lime.
