1 small Hokkaido pumpkin
1 fennel bulb (with feathered leaves)
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp lovage
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tbs miso paste
Slice the garlic and fry it until it turns golden. Add pieces of the pumpkin, kohlrabi, and fennel. Slightly fry everything and add one liter of water. Add thyme, lovage, and salt. Simmer on minimum heat for 10 minutes then put the vegetables into a blender and mix well.
Pour the mixture back into a pot and add the miso paste dissolved in some water and serve.
