Preparation time: 20-40 min
For 1 small jar
5 oz/150 g 70% dark chocolate
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cardamom
Break up the chocolate and add salt and cardamom to it. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to freshly made almond butter. Mix well and put the spread in a fridge for it to thicken. The spread will completely harden in the fridge, so take it out at least half an hour before using it.
You may replace the chocolate with cacao to which you gradually add the butter according to your taste and desired consistency.
