  • ½ cup millet

  • 1 small bunch of celery

  • 1 tbs miso paste

  • hemp seeds

  • fresh sprouts

  • salt

Cook the millet in one liter of slightly salted water. Cut the celery and add it to a blender together with the leaves. Add the millet and the water in which they cooked to the blender. Blend well to get a smooth creamy soup. Add to a pot and mix in the miso paste dissolved in some water. If necessary, add salt or shoyu sauce. Serve with hemp seeds and fresh sprouts.
