  • 2 cups oat flakes

  • 1/3 cup soaked buckwheat gruel

  • 2 tbs golden flax seeds

  • 1 tbs pumpkin seeds

  • 3 cups unsweetened plant-based milk

  • 5 dried apricots (cut)

  • 1/3 cup dried mulberries

Add all ingredients to a bigger bowl, mix well, and place in the fridge overnight. Put in small bowls and garnish with fresh fruit and serve. You may use any other dried fruit that you like instead of apricots and mulberries.
