Time of preparation: 20-40 min
1 big cauliflower
2 tsp ground coriander seeds
few tsp of homemade Parmesan cheese
Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil briefly. Drain and put in a bigger bowl. Season and stir well. Place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C until golden-brown. Bake on both sides. Just before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake until brown. The cauliflower goes very well with a variety of sauces. Or you can serve it just with hummus, tahini dressing, yogurt, and cilantro.
For the homemade parmesan use ¾ cup nutritional yeast, few cashew nuts, and a pinch of salt. Blend everything in a food processor.
