Preparation time: 20 min
200 ml coconut cream
3 medium ripe avocadoes
coconut blossom syrup (to taste)
pinch or two of vanilla
pinch or two of nutmeg
pinch or two of cardamom powder
pinch of salt
few tbs of cacao
coconut flour, cacao beans, and pistachios
Peel and pit the avocadoes. Add all ingredients, except for cacao, to a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture consistency of a pudding. Then add cacao and blend again. If the mixture is too thick, add some plant-based milk, if it is too thin, add another tablespoon of cacao. Add the liquid and cacao gradually. Add spices and sweetener to taste. If you want you can decorate the mousse. We used simple ingredients like coconut, cacao beans, and coarsely ground pistachios.
