180 g mix of spring greens or different types of seasonal lettuce
100 g fresh asparagus
3 tbs pistachios
salt and pepper
salad dressing of your choice
Thinly cut asparagus and coarsely grind pistachios. Mix all the ingredients, except guacamole and dressing, and place them nicely into a bowl. Serve with a tablespoon of guacamole dip and salad dressing. If you like it slightly spicy, you may add a thinly sliced radish.
